Polychloroprene solvent-based adhesive for lasting of leather Uppers

• DUROC:
  Adhesive for the lasting of uppers to insoles. Light coloured and with medium Open time (~15’). Very high heat resistance.
• ULTRAPREN 70 TF:
  Adhesive for leather soles to uppers in leather or textile. It is suitable also to the lasting of the upper in the insole. High green strength. High heat resistance. Short open time(~10’-20’).
• ULTRAFIX:
  General purpose industrial adhesive, suitable for bonding plastic laminates(e.g.: formica), carpet, foam, rubber, leather, synthetic leather, and hide to each other or to rigid materials. Good resistance to heat.
• ULTRAPREN 712 S:
  Adhesive for general bondings. It is suitable for leather, cork, rope, textile, leather, salpa, etc. It is often for cold lasting of uppers to insoles. Open time 30’ – 50’.

Solvent-based adhesive for upper assembling

• ULTRAPREN 188:
  Adhesive for soles in roughed SBR rubber, natural rubber, leather to uppers in leather or textile. Biocomponent. Open time= 30’ – 40’. Low viscosity.
• ULTRAGUM 111 P:
  Light non-staining adhesive with a natural rubber base for upper assembly. Very clear . Mid viscosity.
• ULTRAPREN 793:
  Adhesive for soles in roughed SBR rubber, natural rubber, leather to uppers in leather or textile. Light coloured. Biocomponent. Open time = 20’ -30’. High viscosity.

Adhesives for lining

• ULTRAGUM 101 P:
  Light non staining adhesive with a natural rubber base for temporary stitching.
• ULTRAGUM 111 P:
  Natural rubber adhesive with light color. Mid-high viscosity. Good trackiness on leather, natural materials and carton.
• ULTRAPREN 333 T:
  Adhesive for covering heels and wedges, for the applications of insoles, for lining. Very light coloured. Open time: 45′-60.

Adhesives for Socks and Insole assembling

  Single side adhesive for socks attaching and insoles assembling. Light colored
• ULTRAPREN 188 M:
  Economical grade adhesive for the production of insoles and masonite sheet for heel Mid and masonite sheet for heel Mid and shoe lasting.

  It’s a clear polychloroprene adhesive suitable for a wide variety of materials and it is particularly indicated for joining rubber to leather(SBR or TR)

Polyurethane adhesives for lasting of Leather Uppers

• ULTRAPUR 312:
  Adhesive for soles in leather, PU, PVC, SBR, and halogenated TR to uppers in leather, textile or synthetic. Tough but elastic film. Low viscosity. Low reactivation temperature(~60 C)
• ULTRAPUR 347/16:
  Adhesive for soles in leather, PU, PVC, SBR, and halogenated TR to uppers in leather, textile or synthetic. Tough but elastic film. Low viscosity. Low reactivation temperature(~60 C)
• ULTRAPUR 340 MX:
  Adhesive for soles in leather, PU, PVC, SBR, and halogenated TR to uppers in leather, textile or synthetic. Tough but elastic film. Low viscosity. Low reactivation temperature (~60 C)
• ULTRAPUR 841/R:
  Strong adhesive for soles in leather, PU, PVC, SBR and halogenated TR, to uppers in leather textile or synthetic. It is also one component to be reactivated at about 70˚ C. Medium viscosity.

Solvent based adhesives for direct injection

  Bicomponent adhesive for the injection of TR rubber on itself, leather or salpa. Low viscosity.

• ULTRABOND SILVERTEX 3075:
  Bicomponent adhesive for soles in leather, PU, PVC, SBR and TR (previously treated) to uppers in leather, textile or synthetic. High viscosity. It can be used also with machinery.
• ULTRABOND SILVERTEX 2905:
  One component adhesive with excellent green strength and high immediate heat resistance. It is suitable to the lasting of the uppers. To be applied by brush.
• ULTRABOND SILVERTEX 238:
  One component adhesive suitable to assembling and lining of various materials in the leather and lining jobs. To be applied by spray.
• ULTRABOND SILVERTEX 2380:
  One component adhesive suitable to assembling and lining of various materials in the leather and lining jobs. It is particularly used for the inserting of heel seat linings. To be applied by brush or roller coater.

Solvent-based primers

• EVA PRIMER PE 15C:
  Solvent based primer used to increase adhesion of polyurethane and polychloroprene to expanded EVA, microcellular EVA and P.E. heels preparation, favouring the wrapping operations. Specially for Non UV Process.
• ULTRACLORT T-3:
  One component chlorinating agent for soles in TR rubbero or SBR.
• ULTRAPUR 136 GLE:
  Solvent based synthetic resins primer used on heavy greased leather in order to increase adhesion of polyurethane adhisinves.
• ULTRAPUR 824:
  Bicomponent polyurethane primer used as a first coat on absorbent or greased leather. Must be used with the addition of a special hardener.
• PRIMER 196 PB:
  Impregnating agent for leather before bonding with a polyurethane adhesive.
• ULTRAPUR PRIMER 257:
  Specially used for sulpa welt priming.

Cleaner – Thinner

• ULTRASOLV 233:
  Used for cleaning PVC, TR, Rubber or Polyurethane soles before bonding and cleaner for synthetic uppers.
• ULTRASOLV E 40:
  Used for cleaning EVA & EVA Rubber Mixed soles before bonding cleaner for Non-Roughened Process.
• ULTRASOLV POLISOL:
  Used for cleaning roller coaters, spraying systems or brushes after the application of solvent based Polychloroprene and Polyurethane adhesives. Good as a thinner for polychlroroprene adhesives.
• DILUENTE 006:
  Suitable for the cleaning of soles made of expanded EVA, PVC or Polyurethane before bonding and for cleaning roller coaters, spraying systems or brushes after the application of solvent based adhesives in footwear market.
• DILUENTE ULTRAPREN:
  Thinner specifically designed for polychloroprene adhesive dilution employed in automatic rolling machines.
